Modupe And Alakija Lecture Theartre Commissioned At IBB University
Mrs Folorunso Alakija was in Minna Niger State capital last week to commission Modupe and Folorunso Alakija theartre that she donated to the Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida University Lapai, Niger State.
The commissioning was witnessed by top government dignitaries, traditional rulers and elder statesmen amongst whom are General Abdulsalami Abubakar, former head of state and also the chairman of fund raising committee of IBB university, Hajiya Fatima N. Madugu, Commissioner for Education, Niger State, Mohammed Maude Lapai, Head of Service, Niger State, Shehu Umar Danyaya, Secretary to Niger State Government, Dr Mohammed Santuraki, Alhaji Umar Bahago, Emir of Minna and Alhaji Umaru Bago, ESTU Lapai.
After the commissioning Mrs. Alakija and her delegation, paid a courtesy visit to Ibrahim Babangida, Former military President where she presented copies of her latest book to him.
