Wife of CBN Governor, Margaret Emefiele regains freedom from abductors

Yesterday, news filtered online that Margaret, the wife of the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, alongside her driver and two other women, were abducted by some gun men.
However, this morning news reports have emerged that Mrs. Emefiele and other victims have been rescued by security team.
The Inspector General of Police’s Special Intelligence Monitoring Team, headed by Abba Kyari, was mandated to carry out the rescue.

The Eagle Online, reports that a combined security team rescued her at about 12:30am on Saturday (today) but didn’t state if any ransom was paid for her freedom.
Margaret has since been moved to Asaba, the Delta State capital
