Daughter of Russian oil magnate marries in an exuberant wedding wearing £500,000 dress with 10ft cake
Russian oil magnate , IIkhom Shokirova gave away his daughter Madina Shokirova in marriage at the weekend in Moscow to a man identified only as Sador. It was more like a fairy-tale wedding. The fancy wedding reception took place in the luxurious Radisson Royal Congress Park hotel in the city of Moscow, Western Russia.
The bride reportedly, wore a jewel-studded dress by British designer, Ralph & Russo, costing a whooping 40 million Rubles (£517,200). The gorgeous layered, lacy gown was decorated with silver embroidery, organza petals, and hundreds of pearls and Swarovski crystals.
According to reports, 900 guests attended the event and the entertainment at the wedding alone is said to have set the couple back 30 million Rubles (£388,000). The couple’s wedding cake also highlighted the occasion, standing at around 10ft tall. It was made by celebrity cake maker and former boxer, Renat Agzamov.
