Betty Irabor narrates how she was defrauded by a pure water seller

Publisher of Genevieve Magazine, Betty Irabor shared her encounter with fraudster.
Narrating her experience, Betty said, she met a pure water seller wailing at Onikan over misplacing his pure water earnings. Moved by his plight, she offered him some money hoping to save his situation.
Then, somewhere in Victoria island, Aunty Betty, as she is fondly called, met this pure water seller again crying over his lost pure water money earnings.
She shared the tweet and of course it generated a lot of reactions of the schemes that people use these days to defraud unsuspecting innocent victims.
