Celebrities throw support for arrested chocolate city boss, Audu Maikori through #FreeAudu CampaignNo Case Matched!

News reports indicate that founder of Chocolate City, Audu Maikori was arrested and detained by the police yesterday, February, 17, 2016.
According to RightsAfrica (@ChairmanNHRC), he was arrested for alleged “incitement” after her provided false information about an attack on the College of Education in Gidan-Waya, Kaduna in January.
Audu has since apologised and said he was wrongly informed by his driver.
Meanwhile, more and more celebrities have been showing their support for Audu Maikori demanding for his release through the #FreeAudu Campaign.
The hashtag is currently the hottest trending topic on twitter.

On Instagram, celebrities are also very vocal in the demand for Audu’s immediate release and the fight for freedom of speech.
Actress, Omoni Oboli, said: “I woke up to these hashtags #FreeAuduMaikori #FreeAudu My people, I don’t know what’s going on for sure because I can’t reach @audumaikori but I do hope he’s really not being detained because he’s been a voice for the people of Kaduna.
