Edo State Ministry of Women Affairs investigates youth corps member alleged to have sexual relations with one of his students

News reports of a youth corper serving in Edo state,who is alleged to have had sexual relations with one of his students judging from an Instagram post he posted, generated a lot of criticisms.
In another post, this same youth corp member shared a video of how he spent February 14 drinking alcohol with his teenage students and people also reacted to the negative image, he is giving to purpose of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps ( NYSC) scheme.
Following his actions, the National coordinator of Walk Against Rape Nigeria, Esther Ijewere has said that the Edo State Ministry of Women Affairs has begun investigation on the story of this man, who is said to be a Corps member in the state, allegedly having sexual relations with one of his female students.
Esther wrote on Facebook:
”Big up to the Ministry of Women Affairs in Edo State. They have taken up the case of the paedophile who posted his illicit affair with an underage girl on Instagram….
The Director for Child department assured me they will follow it up to a conclusive end and that gladdens my heart….”
