Music producer, Cobhams Asuquo’s debut album costs about $100,000 to produce

Nigerian musician and producer, Cobhams Asuquo released his debut album, ”For You” on Sunday, March 12, 2017.

It was gathered that the 14-track album is a product of five years of labour that cost him as much as $100,000 (roughly 40 million naira) to produce.

The album ”For you”  featured Chocolate City singer, Nosa, Grammy Award-winning singer Aaron Lindsey, and Claire Hendershot.

Meanwhike, Cobhams has announced  his plans to go on a world tour for his album ‘For You’ starting on Sunday, March 28 at the Pistis Centre in Lekki, Lagos.

He is considered to one of the respected and talented music producers in the country. He has worked with several local and global musicians in the past 16 years as a producer and songwriter including Omawumi, Banky W, Asa, Bez,  Shola Allyson, Waje, Falz, Timi Dakolo, and Darey Art Alade.
