Rave of the moment, Douglas Agu, popularly called Runtown whose hit song ”Mad over you” has continued to dominate music charts, radio and TV shows, apologised to fans who bought tickets but couldn’t get access into the venue of his New York show.

The Eric Many artiste made headlines as the star of the night on Saturday, March 18, for being  the first Nigerian pop star to sell out the 4,000 capacity Amazura concert hall in New York City.

Taking time to apologise to his fans who bought tickets but couldn’t get access into the venue, Runtown said:

”Thank you New York,4,000 capacity sold out. My apologies to everyone that couldn’t get in, we doing a bigger venue soon .”

It was gathered that other musicians including Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie, Efya and Nigerian singer, JDC later joined him on stage.

Runtown is set to return to Lagos, Nigeria in a few days to begin rehearsals for another show on April 14  at Landmark Event center, Lagos.
