Nollywood actress, Moji Olaiya, passes away at 42

Moji Olaiya, who was popular for her roles in “No Pains No Gain,” “Nkan Adun” and “Agunbaniro” has passed away.
Born February 27, 1975, the actress who welcomed a baby in March 2017, passed away in Canada.
Her death was confirmed by the founder of the Best of Nollywood Awards, Seun Oloketuyi via Instagram.
“Breaking news @MojiOlaiya dies in Canada. Details soon,” he wrote.
Olaiya was known for her roles in films such as “Sade Blade “, “Nkan adun” and “Omo iya meta leyi “.
Her last post on her Instagram page was 17 hours ago, in which she promoted a new app of hers for free video streaming. Comments of shock and disbelief have started to roll in from her fans.

She released her movie “Iya Okomi,” which starred her alongside Foluke Daramola and Funsho Adeolu.
In 2003, she was nominated for the Reel Award Best Supporting Actress of the Year.
