By Sewe Ishola,

Media personality and author, Toke Makinwa has been exuding positive vibes these day, especially via her Instagram page.

She has been gingering her followers to stay the course, and know they will overcome whatever challenges are in their path.

The author, who is on her book tour presently in South Africa posted a picture of herself during a fitting and used it as an opportunity to share with her followers the importance of focus.

She captioned the photo, “FOCUS!!!! Whatever you find to do, do it with your heart and eyes open. Stay dedicated, stay hungry, tunnel vision ?”

In a similar post, Toke wanted to know what her followers were thankful for and she shared some of her struggles, her set backs and how God came through for her at the end of the day.

“#teampositivevibes
Today I am thankful. Thankful for it all?⭐️? I look back on the years and all the times I thought I took a loss, it was a set back for the ultimate come back ??? most importantly I’m thankful for the gift of grace. Thank God he doesn’t give us what we deserve cos our works are dead on arrival with him. Thankful for mercy that constantly comes thru when we least deserve it. Thankful for humanity and the gift of kindness, thankful for the past, thankful for rejection, we count it all JOY! Thankful for little beginnings, thankful for love, life and everything in between. What are you most thankful for?”
