Sosoliso survivor, Kechi Okwuchi comes 6th on America’s Got Talent Finale

After the votes  came in for the Grand Finale of America’s Got Talent‘s Season 12, Nigeria’s own sosoliso plane crash survivor, Kechi Okwuchi came in 6th.

The grand winner was singing ventriloquis,  Darci Lynne Farmer emerged the winner closely followed by 9-year old Angelica Hale who placed second and Light Balance(third).

Kechi took to her Instagram page to share her thoughts and congratulate the winner, Darci:

“What else can I say. It has been an unrivaled experience. I mean…Jesus. The amazing ppl I met, the love u all showed me, the music I shared…all things happened as they were meant to and I couldn’t be more grateful ??winning would’ve been incredible but I think we can all agree that @itsdarcilynne has earned that title for sure! Thanks everyone, and thanks @agt@itsdarcilynne @chasegoehring @evieclair@thesupercollies @angelicahale and @diavolo_la for making #agtfinale the time of my life!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️???✨✨?? @mandyharvey @preacherlawson and @lightbalance I missed you guys for the video but I love y’all too!❤️”

Earlier in the show, she and Angelica Hale gave a performance of Kelly Clarkson‘s “Stronger” with Clarkson herself.
