According to him, hair grows at approximately 1.25cm per month. But due to poor hair care practices, most individuals find their hair breaking off before they can groom it to the desired length.

*If your hair keeps falling off anytime you comb or brush it.
*If you discover loose hair strands all over the place.
*If you notice too many hair strands on your comb or brush.
*If you find it difficult to groom your hair to the length you desire.
*If you lose large amounts of hair anytime you remove your braid or extensions.
