Nollywood actress, Patience Ozokwor popularly known as Mama G. has
been speaking on the causes of premature death, adding taking a rest
is very important.

The veteran actress took to her official Instagram page to share a
short video to encourage all to take life easy.

Her words: “Life is dear, take care of yourself. Take out some time to
rest… Whatever helps you to relax; do just that! Enjoy the week
ahead. God bless you.

In the video, she said: “Hello friends,
My name is Patience Ozokwor. I wish you have a very good evening
wherever you are now. I just want to tell you that God loves you.
Everybody is expected to have enough rest. Rest is very important and
I wish you take out enough time to rest.
We have lost so many people and I think our challenge is stress.
Stress is the problem. Sometime takeout time look for somewhere chill
for some hours, for a day or two it is not too much. Life is dear.“
