American animator, Walt Disney set to introduce African princess ‘Sade’ in new cartoon

If you are a fan of cartoons, brace up because American entrepreneur and animator, Walt Disney is set to introduce an African princess ‘Sade’ in an upcoming fairy-tale movie.
According to the reports Disney has reportedly agreed to develop Sadé, an original pitch about an African princess who would use her newly-discovered magical powers to save her people from evil forces.
Disney accepted the pitch from newcomers Ola Shokunbi and Lindsey Reed Palmer, writers of the screenplay, with director Rick Famuyiwa attached to do the production.
Based on the storyline, this princess is joined by the kingdom’s prince before setting out on a fantastic adventure where she learns to embrace what makes her special, while attempting to save her beloved kingdom.
