Ex-Eagles player, Idah Peterside welcomes first child after 10 years of marriage

Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Idah Peterside, has welcomed his first child after 10 years of marriage.
Peterside, 43, took to Twitter to break the good news to his followers on Sunday. “Can’t praise him enough,” he wrote.
“We give God the glory that after 10years 21 days of marriage God has finally blessed us with our first child. Mother and baby are fine.
Peterside was part of Nigeria’s national team that dominated the continent in the nineties.
Although not very renowned, he managed to work his way to the national setup with impressive performances for BBC Lions and Enyimba.
The 43-year-old ended his career in South Africa where he has remained till date.
He is famous for his punditry role at SuperSports and a stint as Media Officer of the Super Eagles.
Aside from football, Peterside is a clergyman and heads the Christ Ambassadors Church based in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
