Barely two months after President Emmanuel Macron of France visited the Shrine built in memory of Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, Nigerian-born British singer, Henry Olusegun Adeola Samuel, known professionally as Seal, also paid a historical Shrine in Agidingbi, Lagos on Thursday.
He met with Femi and Yeni, children of the late Afrobeat legend.
The 55-year-old, who came in the company of his son, Henry, was received by Femi’s son, Imade.
“My Brother Seal came to visit us at the Shrine,” Femi wrote in an Instagram post.
Yeni wrote: “@seal and I at the Shrine today! Awesome!!!”
Seal is an English singer and songwriter. He has sold over 20 million records worldwide, his first international hit being the song “Crazy”, released in 1991, and his most celebrated song being “Kiss from a Rose”, released in 1994.
