Actress, Adesua Etomi-Wellington, is one of the four women on the cover of American Vogue magazine’s latest issue, and her proud husband, Banky W has been celebrating the latest development.

Adesua is one of the 14 global superstars highlighted for impacting the world with their craft.

He took to his Instagram page on Thursday to express how happy he was for his wife.

He wrote: “Breaking news: My wife is on the cover of VOGUE MAGAZINE!!!!!!!!!! Susu you are such a star and an inspiration!!! I’m soooo PROUD of you and happy for you. You’re an incredible actor, and an even more incredible human being, and you deserve to shine so bright that the whole world has no choice but to see it.

“This is incredible. Thank you to @voguemagazine and glory to God.

“Ladies and gentlemen, Pls if you see me walking around with high shoulders today, you shld understand.”

Adesua has been speaking about the shooting experience. She stated that it was amazing and that she had a lot of fun.

On why she chose to be featured in the magazine, she said: “I didn’t choose, they chose me…but I agreed to be featured because it’s monumental. It’s imprinted in my history for all time and I think that’s really special. I also love Nollywood and I love Nigeria and I will do anything that puts us in a positive light. I always say that no matter where I go, I’m taking Nigeria with me.”
