Sloane Stephens announces engagement to Jozy Altidore
Former US Open champion, Sloane Stephens and ex-Sunderland striker Jozy Altidore have announced their engagement.
The pair shared the happy news on Monday, as well as posting a photo and a brief message on their respective social media accounts.
Stephens who won the Grand Slam title two years ago, as well as the US Open in 2017, was the 2018 French Open runner-up and member of the 2017 championship US Fed Cup team.
Her fiance, Jozy Altidore is an American footballer who currently plays for Major League Soccer side Toronto FC.
