Lawyer deals with 3 men who touched her inappropriately

A lawyer, Temitope Odeyinka has earned the applause some twitter users after she tweeted her experience at computer village, Ikeja.

Lawyer deals with 3 men who touched her inappropriately

Computer village is popularly known as Nigeria’s online technology marketplace. It also has a reputation for being rough as there are many young men by the road side urging passersby to patronize them. In the process of this, these men touch women inappropriately.

For Temitope, she had to slap three men to get others off her.

Sadly, public places are becoming unsafe for many Nigerian women and last year, a campaign was launched to tackle this problem. As expected, some young women also shared their experiences following Temitope’s story.

I slapped three men in computer village today because they touched me inappropriately, by the time I was leaving, some other men were telling their colleagues “no touch am o, na fighter”.

You are my role model. I once punched a guy that touched me inappropriately at Yaba. Everyone cleared the road for me when I was done ?

This is such a terrible thing to have to experience. I had a drunkard bus tout touch and follow me more than 3 blocks. A man came to my aid and told him to leave me alone. He argued with the man and kept following me till I screamed at him and hit him ?‍♀️?‍♀️

I plan on getting pepper spray because of people like these
Touch me anyhow, I’ll just spray you some pepper in your eyes, since you can’t control your hand
It’s just so annoying

Men we shd be best friends…last time I went to Nigeria. I used an umbrella to fend them off…they started calling me a soldier
