Abuja Court summon Fatoyinbo over rape allegations
An division of the Federal High Court in Abuja has summoned Biodun Fatoyinbo, founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), to appear before it over allegation of rape against him by the Dakolos.
He has been ordered to appear before the court within 14 days.
Busola Dakolo, the wife of musician Timi Dakola, had approached an Abuja High Court demanding a public apology from the pastor.
She claimed his denial of the rape allegation had negatively impacted her marriage.
