Meet Modupe Garland, winner Miss Earth 2019
The winner of 2019 Miss Earth beauty pageant is Modupe Garland.
The new queen beat 30 girls to emerge winner of the crown at the competition which took place at Port Harcourt few weeks back.

It seems so much like a coincidence that added to her crown as queen advocating for greener environment, Miss Garland is a fourth year student of Yabatech studying Environmental Biology.
She said that her going for the Miss Earth pageant is primarily because their objectives goes in line with the course she is studying in school.
Now championing the course for people to change their attitude towards the environment, the beauty queen has signed an agreement with Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency, LASPARK, to plant 5000 trees for a greener environment.
Modupe Garland who hails from Lagos State will be flying to Philippines tomorrow to represent Nigeria at the Miss Earth World competition.
