Spending quality time with our loved ones is always a great thing to do and the memories created lingers forever.

Spending quality time with loved ones

The busy schedule and activities we are all immersed in most times robs us of the opportunity of  great time with loved ones.

This tend to create a distance with them, as most times we seem to not know them no more.

The only way to bond strongly with our loved once is by creating out time to be with them mindfully without distractions.

There are so many reasons you might want to make out time to spend quality time with loved ones.

  • Builds lasting relationships ; when we take out time to be with people who mean so much to us, we tend to understand ourselves more and that makes our relationship stronger.
  • Creates memories together; its by spending time with loved ones that we create sweet memories that will linger for like ever.
  • Helps with coping with challenges; when we spend time with our loved ones, we are able to help them feel lesser of what ever that weighs them down. Knowing they got you relieves the weight of any burden by 60%.
  • Create better family bond ; in the family when parents spend quality time with their kids, they create a stronger family bond, groom young ones in the manners and values that are acceptable.
  • Build kids self esteem ;A confidence and high esteemed child usually comes from a family that spends quality time together. The kids learn how to be expressive and confident in themselves.

By quality time, it means a time you are 100% present and available to the family, young ones, lovers or your friends.

This of course is without your phone, the  smart phones have a way of robbing us of  the opportunity to bound with one another.
