Dwayne Johnson’s ‘the rock’ reveals cause of his father’s death

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, has revealed the cause of his father’s death.

Dwayne lost his father Rocky Johnson on Wednesday 15th January 2020 at 75 years.

Taking to Instagram to thank his fans, friends and colleagues for their show of concern and love since the news of his death broke out.

Dwayne explained that his old man died very quickly from a massive heart attack.

He also added that he didn’t get the chance to tell him goodbye, and that he would give anything to give him a big Ole hug and big Ole kiss before he cross over.

He added that he would just want to say thank you, I love you and I respect you.

Via a video he said ;

As you know, I lost my old man a few days ago. I lost him just like that, didn’t get a chance to say goodbye to him,’

 ‘I’d give anything right now to give him a big ole hug and a big ole kiss before he crossed over and just say thank you and I love you and I respect you.

But I didn’t get a chance to say that, but such is life, as many of you know.’

 ‘A lot of you guys wanted to know what happened to my dad. He had not been feeling well, had been battling a cold and infection and on Tuesday he had what’s called a deep vein thrombosis, which is essentially a clot in the leg.

‘It was a big o blood clot that broke free, traveled up his body, and went right to his lung, clotted his lung and he died very quickly from a massive heart attack, just like that.’

‘That did give me great comfort in knowing that it wasn’t prolonged. He had been in a lot of pain for a very, very long time as a pro wrestler.

The jumanji added that he shared a special bond with his father as there are some complexity about him that only him can understand as his son.

He encouraged his followers to go ahead and visit their friends, loved ones, parents, children and hug them, ‘hug them hard because you never know what’s around the corner’.

Dwayne added that his father ‘the soul man’ will be laid to rest today Tuesday 21st January.
