My heart is bleeding, I kept wallowing in my thoughts, it was noon and suddenly darkness enveloped me.

Tears continuously streamed down my eyes and I kept asking WHY, WHY SO SOON.

Just yesterday I saw him with so much swag, all smiles and with a lot of expectations and dreams.

He was waiting for the right time to start chasing that dream.

Like me, he is trying to perfect the plan and see things clearly before he can finally begin.

He has dozens of dairy where he has a laid down plan for all he wants to become but he is eagerly waiting to get the money in bulk so he can start big.

We met on Saturday and he told me more of his plans and how he plans to start by next month as someone had promised to give him the fund he needs.

On Sunday I stepped out to see a friend and I got a phone call that made my heart drop.

Hello, is Jason your friend?

Please kindly come over here, he just slumped and we will be in the nearest hospital in 5 mins.

Blinded with tears, I excused myself and rushed out, flagged down the next bike and asked the man admist sob to please speed up.

The moment I entered the hospital and asked the receptionist who directed me to where he was, I ran as fast as my legs can carry me.

There on the bed lay Jason, lifeless and cold still smiling though.

I couldn’t believe his gone with all his dreams and written plans.

The world didn’t get to see all those beautiful plans and it’s breaking my heart.

Yet another riches added to the soil, now I understand why the grave is the richest place one can find.

Such raw talent and dream lost and the world has missed out on the blessings that accompanied those dreams.

We Can’t question God Yes but then we can avoid dying like my friend.

I’m not scared of death but I’m terrified of dying without making impact.

I’m scared of not blessing my generation with the many gifts and blessings I’ve been endowed with.

I can’t afford to leave without unleashing those potentials inside of me.

We really don’t have to see till the end before taking the first step, we just need to get started and watch things unravel.

In the words of Mark Zuckerberg ,” ideas don’t come out fully formed ”

Don’t wait for perfection as that is a limitation that has tied the blessings your potential can bring to another.

Take that step today, is it a business? Start it already with the kobo you have and watch it multiply to thousands of millions.

What you are searching for ain’t necessarily what you need as what you have now is just enough.

John obidi would say, use what you have for what you have is enough.

To your success and fulfilment.
