Does having a child deter a woman from achieving greatness?

This question, does having a child deter a woman from achieving greatness? seems odd but in reality so many women are trapped in that mindset.

Deter simply means to prevent something from happening.

Now do you think having a child prevents a woman from achieving greatness?

I recently saw a news of a young lady who drowned her new born.

Her reason was that the child prevented her from becoming a lawyer and because she couldn’t bear it, she drowned her child.

So many women who are yet to gain the right exposure believes bearing a child means bye bye to pursuit and greatness.

No wonder it’s said that, we all act based on the information available to us.

The only reason it seems women are deterred after childbirth is their inability to put in structures that will push them further after childbirth.

Planning always saves the day, if you plan each delivery, then it won’t disrupt any of your plans.

Even when a baby is unplanned, the situation is still under control when the right steps are taken.

Now to answer that question, A child does not prevent a woman from achieving greatness.

I’ve seen women who child bearing fueled their greatness, they do all within their power to make sure their kids have the best future.

This moves them greatly than any other factor and it’s a strong why to keep going.

When next you nurse this thought or hear someone say it loud, these are few things to note;

1. Determination ; If you are not determined to achieve greatness, anything can pose as a great danger.

When you are truly determined, impossibility seizes to exist.

2. Having a strong Why : Is your why strong enough? If it’s not plan to make it so.

When  your why is strong enough, nothing can come between you and your dreams.

3. Focus on what’s ahead : Being futuristic can be beneficial most times. Makes it impossible to remain stuck on what would have been.

You focus on what can be achieved and not all the hurdles and regrets of the past.

When you fail to achieve greatness, it’s not an innocent child’s making.

It’s entirely you excusing yourself for your lack of focus and aspirations.

Your greatness can experience setbacks, hurdles but those things can be tolerated and endured if you want to become really great.

You are destined for greatness, something as good as childbirth can’t deter your greatness.
