Rapists deserve rigid punishment’ – Prince Eze tasks Nigerian judiciary system
While expressing his resentment at the inhuman act of rape, Prince Onyeka Eze clearly stated that it remains a despicable act that wounds the soul of human existence.

“I condemn rape at instance and plead to the conscience of the perpetrators that they may have pity on the helpless victim who may never forgo the trauma. I also urge our government to make punishment for rape more rigid so as to discourage such evil,” he said while addressing some activists in an event in Enugu recently.
Speaking further, Onyeka however reiterated on the need for victims to summon the courage to speak out so that the perpetrators don’t go unpunished for such an evil act.
He also appealed to the Nigerian judiciary system on the need to hasten up on matters related to rape so that the justice the victim so desired is guaranteed.
