Natural ways to enhance your butt and hips

Having a perfect body shape is something that a greater percentage of ladies worry about, these natural ways will help you enhance your butt and hips.

There are much easier ways to do these which requires you spend lots of money on surgeries.

If you do not want to go under the knife and still enhance your butt and hips you will need to do what’s required.

Remember, you are what you eat and the earlier you start eating right, the greater your chances of achieving that goal.

This post will expose you to tips that will help you build the perfectly toned butt you’ve always dreamed of.

Two basic tips to note

  • You will need to engage in Glute-strengthening workout.
  • Nutrition after a workout is very important as they help perfect what the work out started.

After a workout, your buttocks are in the repair cycle, it’s important to choose the right type and amount of food to ensure you get required result.

keep in mind these few rules : If you want to increase your butt, you have to eat in regular amounts.

Too much of everything is bad, do not eat too much protein or carbohydrates, this can lead to health problems.

Eat at least one piece of fruit per day, if you can then make it 3 -5 daily.

Remember that without exercise you will not see results, and you can even put on weight. Your workout routine should include exercises such as squats, butt bridges, and lunges.

Lunges: Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart. Take one giant step forward, heel first, and slowly lower your body, bending both knees.

Remember to keep your back and upper body straight, and don’t bend your knees farther than 90 degrees. Then repeat with the other leg in front.

Butt bridge: Lie on the floor on your back. Place your arms at your sides, and bend your knees. Your feet should be placed around shoulder width.

Pressing your heels into the ground, lift your hips off the floor, and squeeze your butt while keeping your back straight.

Breathe out as you perform this part of the motion, and hold the position for a few seconds. Breathe in as you slowly go back to the starting position.

Foods that can help you achieve faster result are proteins (tuna, eggs, turkey, Lena red meat, fish not fried, legumes and so on), Carbohydrates ( sweet potato, oats, brown rice, cereals etc) Fats:(walnuts, almond, peanut butter etc) Vegetables rich in anti oxidants( broccoli, spinach, kale etc)

When you do these consistently, you will definitely achieve the body you truly desire.
