What is this joke? Falz reacts to government’s implementation of 5% levy on all audio, visual contents
In reaction to Lagos state government implementation of 5 percent levy on all audio and visual contents across physical and digital platform, Falz is asking what kind of joke it is.
The rapper and actor believes its inappropriate hence feel its a joke for the Lagos government to request 5% levy.
In the notice addressed to the manager of Iroko TV, the Lagos State Government requested for the “immediate payment of 5% levy on all audio and visual content produced, sold, distributed, marketed, exhibited, streamed, downloaded and shared across all physical and digital platform situate, lying and being within the state.”
Reacting to this, Falz described it as a joke.
Also taking to his Instagram stories he referred to it as rubbish.
