The youth will come out to vote massively if they know their votes will count – Laycon

October 1,2020
Share:

Big Brother Naija season 5 winner , Laycon believes the only way youths can come out in mass to vote in Nigeria is if they believe their votes will count.

He said the voting needs to be fair and that will make the people come out and vote during elections like they did for him while in the house.

Laycon added that the problem between the government and the people is trust, the trust needs to be restored that if the government says this is what they are going to do, they go ahead and do that.

Knowing that what I’m doing is going to count and matter will enable one put their all into voting in Nigeria.

He said this during his media tour today at BeatFM while answering a question directed at him as regards youths voting during election like they did for him while in the big brother naija lockdown house.
