Age isn’t a barrier to becoming and doing more, Betty Irabor tells women in 50s/60s

Writer, publisher and founder of Genevieve magazine, Betty Irabor has counselled women in their 50s and 60s, who thinks age is a barrier to becoming and doing more to lose that mindset.
Rather, they should start to design the life they desire from where they are.

In a congratulatory post to her friend, Nimi Akinkugbe, who has just been appointed as the Nigerian Ambassador to Greece, Betty called on these class of women not to be deliberate/intentional, and position themselves for opportunities.

“To every woman out there who thinks Age is a barrier to becoming MORE and DOING MORE, l say lose that mindset. However, don’t wait till you’re “old” to start designing the life you desire….

Start where you are…

*Be deliberate/intentional

*Position yourself for opportunities

*Dont stop Reinventing yourself

*build your personal brand

*invest in quality connections

*mind your mind/body/ spirit

*GIVE BACK.”
