Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala’s sister, Njide Okonjo-Udochi elected Physician of the Year in Maryland, USA
Dr Njide Okonjo-Udochi, the younger sister of the Director-General of the World Trade Organization, was named as Physicist of the Year in Maryland, USA.
The news was made public by a Twitter user, @AfamDeluxo. It read: “We have not finished celebrating Dr. Ngọzi Okonjo-Iweala WTO appointment and her sister, Dr. Njide Okonjo-Udochi, just scored another screamer for Nigerian women by becoming Physician of the Year by the Maryland Association of Family Physicians.”
