Shade Ladipo has stated that Prince Phillip, the Queen of England’s husband, will never know peace. The Duke of Edinburgh died on Friday, April 9, at the age of 99.

Shade said on her Instagram Stories this afternoon, in response to the news of his death, that the whole British monarchy is founded on slavery and colonialism of Black people and that as a result, late Prince Phillip and the entire monarchy “will never rest in peace.”
