This fish sauce is highly flavorful and would pair well with a number of side dishes.

Ingredients

• 3-4 smoked kpanla or ejakika fish
• 5-6 fresh tomatoes
• 1-2 tablspoons tomato paste
• 1 onion bulb
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon minced fresh pepper
• 1 tablespoon all purpose season ( see recipe link above or seasoning with spices of choice)
• 1/2 cup bleached palm oil or vegetable oil
• Bell peppers (cut in strips)
• Salt to taste
