Everyone in today’s generation wants to stay fit, for which they need to maintain their weight. So, drinking warm water early in the morning increases the body temperature. It further increases fat burning capacity, which is a result, allows the body to burn more calories. For taste, you can also add some lemon juice to it. Lemon juice fights against the acidity and toxins deposited in the body. This helps you in reducing weight.

Better Blood Circulation

While eating all the day, fat and toxin deposits in our body. So drinking warm water daily in the morning flushes/clears out the kidney toxins and fat deposit in the intestine through the urinary region. It helps in increasing our blood circulation.

Increased Immune System and Digestion

Many people are suffering from digestion problem, due to heavy diet. But drinking warm water before and during the meal break down the food into small pieces. This makes your digestion smooth. Warm water contains zero calorie. So instead of overeating, it allows you to eat suggestion food. Also beware of having warm water immediately after your meal. Because our digestive system slows down, which makes you to put on weight.

Get rid of Nasal and Throat Congestion’s

Many people are suffering from these congestion’s as winter knocked our doors. So drinking warm water with honey usually at night prevent us from itchy and sore throat. People who suffering from this can gargle with warm water having a pinch of salt in it. It clears the phlegm from our our respiratory system. Drinking warm water with lemon juice also get you free from congestion. Because lemon is vitamin c which fight against these viruses.

Freedom from all hair problems

Everybody in today’s generation is anxious about their hairs. So drinking warm water enables the nerves of hair roots. Thus, blood circulation becomes fast and active which makes our hair soft and shiny. Warm water also fights against the dehydration, dandruff and prevent scalp from getting dry.

Prevents Premature Aging

As we all know many of the skin problems are due to poor digestion. Drinking warm water makes our digestion smoother and thus repairs the skin cells. It also increases the elasticity of the skin by releasing out the toxins from the body. This prevents acne, pimple and aging problems. So it’s better to cure from inside rather than outside.

Reduced constipation and Stomach Pain

Many of us are facing stomach problems, whether it is heredity or due to eating habits. But drinking warm water provides you relief from the tummy pain. The stress experienced during removal, associated with tummy will be due to lack of water in the body. By having warm water in the morning on an empty stomach increases the movement of the intestine. Thus food passes with ease through intestine with no pain.

Our body requires at least 2.5 to 3.0 liters of water every day. Out of which, half absorbed by the kidney and rest by skin, lungs and intestine.
