Kemi Adetiba unveils release date for anticipated “King of Boys” sequel, says it’s now “King of Boys: The Return of the King”
The 7-part limited series, titled ‘King of Boys: The Return of the King,’ will be Netflix’s first Nigerian Original series.
The limited series, directed by Kemi Adetiba, will be released on August 27, 2021, and will feature rappers Reminisce and Ill Bliss, Osas Ighodaro, Akin Lewis, and Keppy Ekpeyoung reprising their roles from the first film.
Nse Ikpe-Etim, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Charly Boy, Deyemi Okanlawon, and Efa Iwara are among the newcomers. The plot of the new series is yet to be revealed.
