Nollywood veteran Rachel Oniga is reportedly dead
Rachel Oniga, a veteran actress in Nollywood, died at the age of 64. The movie star died on Friday, July 30, 2021, from covid-19 problems, according to The Nation.
She was one of Nollywood’s most prominent and influential performers until her death.
In 1996, she made her Nollywood debut in the blockbuster film “Onome.” She went on to star in several major projects, including ‘Sango’ and Wale Adenuga’s ‘Super Story’ television series.
‘Chief Daddy,’ ‘Royal Hibiscus Hotel,’ and ‘My Village People’ are among her most recent films. She leaves behind three children and several grandkids.
