Tiger-nut Pudding Recipe
Tiger-nut pudding as a Nigerian dessert is a delightful surprise.
Traditional Nigerian cuisine consists of a main meal and either water or a drink, and that’s all. At best, a party or ceremonial gatherings, such as birthdays, weddings, or funerals, will include a selection of major courses.
Many of us are familiar with milk, which is a delicious beverage, especially when cold. The milk serves as the pudding’s foundation.
