How to enjoy the boobs better

Boobs whether big, small, real, perky, slightly saggy, or surgically enhanced can be a lot of fun to toy with. This truth is universally acknowledged, that a pair of boobs are incredibly awesome! Tell me who does not love fondling when feeling frisky from all lingerie adverts that hype breast? This is many men’s fantasies but less appreciated during mating.

And for all the attention boobs happen to get in push-up bras and low-cut tops, they get played down or even forgotten once the action in the bedroom moves away from foreplay to the main Act; which is quite a shame. Your breasts and nipples are actually the most erogenous parts of your body especially when touched and teased in the right way.

Here are some of the best ways to maximize the pleasure the boobs can give.

Ask your spouse what they like – A lot of ladies enjoy breast play while some don’t give a damn. But sex can be better enjoyed when she can be aroused by priming her body for boobs’ orgasm.

Learn to experiment with new sensations. During arousal the sensitivity of your breasts increases just like your clitoris. When your nipples are sexually stimulated, those sensations travel to the same areas of the brain that respond to genital stimulation. It triggers the release of oxytocin, the bonding hormone released when you have an orgasm.

Never you rush the boobs – Before starting, try playing around with different touches and strokes; first tune in to your senses, suggests Dalychia Saah, a sexuality educator and co-founder of Afrosexolog. “What smells, sounds, sights, touches and tastes turn you on and how can you incorporate those things into your day and into your sex life?” he asks. “Turn your phone off so you don’t feel rushed or distracted, this is all about experimenting from feathers to nipple clamps, warm body oil to ice cubes, circular motions to flicking, there are lots of things to explore to see if they bring you pleasure.”

Massage may be a foreplay favourite. Be sure to play with aromatic massage but  focusing on your mammary glands can be a total game changer- “scents can bring out feelings of eroticism and femininity which can enhance breast pleasure.”

Maximize your breasts’ size- It can get up to about 25% larger when fully aroused due to an increase in blood flow. Report by the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS), found that more surface area and more weight, equals more opportunity for stimulation.

So, “Playing with how the weight feels in certain positions is one way to take advantage of that change in size.”  Allowing your breast to hang by leaning over, and then having them firmly gripped may be a way to intensify pressure. Pushing them together and jiggling at various speeds is another way to experience their full weight and the pleasure you may get.

Move your lover beyond your nipples –  Let him “focus on the areolas, the circular area surrounding the nipples which is actually more sensitive than the nipples that change, not only in appearance, but in the sensations they release.” Rub the upper region of the areola with your finger/ice or a tongue, massage, stroke/licking the entire breast, most especially the sides and under boobs that are most times, ignored.TO BE CONTINUED…
