Actor Ibrahim Suleiman has revealed why he initially friend-zoned his wife before marrying her.

The actor said that he initially felt his wife, Ihuoma Linda Ejiofor was out of his league.

The pair starred in the Nigerian soap, Tinsel, and Ibrahim said that he had no idea during that period that Ihuoma had feelings for him too.

He said he friend-zone himself because he thought she was out of his league.

He called himself a clown for thinking such.

The couple are now married and have a son.
