Comedian, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, better known as Sabinus, Fast-rising singer, Adedamola Adefolahan, otherwise known as Fireboy, and ex-BBNaija star, Rebecca Nengi Hampson, are among the entertainers and brand influencers nominated for the 2022 edition of the GAGE Awards.

The Organisers of the annual awards recently unveiled the list of nominees for the 2022 edition featuring a total of 11 categories in a statement forwarded to the press.

According to the statement, the voting portal for the awards has been open since March 28. 

It added that the remaining categories not opened to voting would be selected by the awards eminent jury.

This year’s edition of the awards will take place on June 11.

The awards will start with a two-day tech exhibition themed “Co-Create 2022” which will hold on June 9 and 10, at Landmark Event Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos state.

Speaking on the voting process, the convener of the awards, Johnson Anorh, said that measures are already in place to put only the best in the spotlight to recognise excellence and inspire other tech innovators.

The award ceremony is aimed at recognising, promoting, and rewarding digital personalities and brands on a global platform.
