Goge Africa honoured with UNWTO award
United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) has presented Goge Africa with a certificate for excellence, in recognition of their contribution to the development of tourism.
Goge Africa is a pan-African tourism and cultural programme on TV conceptualised and anchored by Nigerian couple, Isaac and Nneka Moses.

The couple was presented with the certificate by the UNWTO Secretary-General, Zurab Pololikashvili, and Alhaji Lai Muhammed, Minister of Information Culture and Tourism, at the Global Conference on Linking Tourism, Culture, and the Creative Industry.
Nneka Moses shared a picture of the presentation on her Facebook wall, saying that the award couldn’t have come at a better time.
She wrote: “I was humbled yesterday when the Secretary General of the United Nations World Tourism Organization UNWTO and the Federal Minister of Information Culture and Tourism, presented us a certificate for Excellence in Tourism at the UNWTO Global Conference on Linking Tourism, Culture, and the Creative Industry.
This is in recognition of Goge Africa’s Corporate Contribution to the development of Tourism.
This award of recognition couldn’t have come at a better time.”
