Roselyn Bamigboye Expands Nigerian Native Fashion Brand to the United Kingdom

After building a loyal customer base in Nigeria, Roselyn Oluwatosin Bamigboye, founder of Roselyn Collections, has taken her brand global. Officially launching sales of her native female wears overseas from her UK base in Plymouth, this expansion marks a major milestone for the Ilorin-born designer whose craftsmanship continues to earn admiration for its fusion of tradition and modernity.

Roselyn now ships her bespoke outfits to clients across Europe, with particular popularity among Nigerian and African diaspora communities in the United Kingdom. “Crossing borders is a dream come true,” Roselyn shared. “My goal has always been to showcase the richness of Nigerian fashion on international stages, and now I’m doing just that.”

Her UK expansion includes custom tailoring for weddings, cultural events, and luxury native attire, blending West African textiles with refined European finishing. The collection highlights her signature attention to detail, bold color combinations, and modern reinterpretations of traditional silhouettes. Each piece reflects the craftsmanship that first earned her acclaim in Ilorin while demonstrating a growing sophistication suited for a global audience.

Since her move, Roselyn has also collaborated with local stylists, photographers, and event planners to introduce authentic African designs to mainstream fashion spaces in the UK. Her ability to balance cultural authenticity with global appeal has positioned her as one of the emerging creative voices redefining African fashion abroad.

With growing orders, social media recognition, and plans to participate in international fashion showcases, Roselyn is poised to become one of the next major names in African-inspired global fashion. Her story represents the power of vision, resilience, and the enduring beauty of homegrown creativity now making its mark on the world stage
