Lifesaver Intervention Initiative has announced the commencement of applications for its flagship leadership certification course, the Leading for a Change certificate.
The course is designed to raise inspiring leaders who seek to lead causes that can herald change and progress in their respective communities.
According to Anuoluwa Joan Anuoluwa Ologundudu, the founder of the Initiative, the cohort 5, tagged “Un Prestige,” a French term for prestige, is aimed at changing the narrative around leadership and redefining what true prestigious leadership is.

“We are changing the narrative around leadership and redefining what true prestigious leadership is”. Ologundudu added that they have curated homegrown frameworks to help individuals who practice it to stand out as leaders who will change the course of events for the greater good, wherever they hold a leadership position.

“We are also incorporating the “beyond success” classes by Dr John C. Maxwell, a renowned Leadership coach and best-selling author.

She stated further that all applicants who apply and complete the course will be certified free of charge.

“Our past applicants who completed the leadership course within and outside Nigeria testify to the impact of the course in their lives. Our goal is to raise 1 million leaders across countries of the world in the next decade. We have made it free and accessible so that individuals seeking to be great leaders are not inhibited.

“Our vision is to have transformed individuals who will, in turn, transform the social institutions around them.
In the past, we have carried out several initiatives. According to Dr John C Maxwell, everything rises and falls on leadership; this is why the Leading for A Change Course has become one of our flagship programs at Lifesaver Intervention Initiative.
“We are changing the narrative about Leadership and raising Leaders who will lead for the greater good and positive change,” she said.
