Veteran actor, Olu Jacobs obtains lifetime achievement award
In recognition of his many years of dedication to the film and entertainment industries, veteran actor and filmmaker, Olu Jacobs has won a significant honour. The 80-year-old actor and his wife attended the Audio Visual Rights Society (AVRS) exclusive event at Glover Memorial Hall, Lagos Island, where he was honored for his career accomplishment. For cinematography films, AVRS is the sole collective management organization. Mahmood Ali Balogun serves as the organization’s president. The seasoned filmmaker Jacobs was honoured for investing an enormous amount of his creative years in his trade and continuing to be a master of his craft.
