Creative head of Johnson Johnson Designs, Johnson Iyaye caused quite some excitement yesterday at the day 3 of the HLFDW, when he closed his show with a wedding proposal to his girlfriend, Beata.

The designer, who opened his show with Style Vitae boss, Noble Igwe had some impressive designs and models, who showed off his work well. But that wasn’t all he had in stock for the audience.

Adding a bit of drama to the closing of his show, all the models walked the runway holding a strand of rose flower which they later dropped at the feet of Iyaye’s girlfriend when he brought her onto the runway.

His proposal was gladly received, as his girlfriend said yes to a rousing ovation from the audience.
