Mrs Franca Elem, a US Certified Health Coach and member of American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) has aired her views over the worsening state of ‎the Nigerians health system.

She maintained that to achieve a healthy lifestyle, good choices must be made; improving on diet, enough sleep, increase energy level to feel and look healthy overall.
Ms Elem said this while revealing plans for the program, Race To Well Initiative which would kick off on Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 at Nature Hero Business Hall,  Charity – Oshodi by 10 and 2pm respectively.
‎According to her, “Race To Wellness is an initiative of some group of well meaning Nigerians involved in health care practice, who are concerned about the deplorable state of health  conditions of so many individuals and families, communities, and our nation as a whole. There are so much anxieties, stress, loss of energy which most times is left unchecked,  poor eating habits that lead to wide spread of illnesses and diseases. Degenerative  diseases are taking over our workforce, due to unhealthy way of eating, drinking and bad lifestyle.

We are assembling some Health and Wellness professionals to educate the general public who are interested in making a healthy living their priority. The likes of ‎ Dr. Thomas O. Odejide , ‎CMD, Living Hope Hospital, Ile-Ife, ‎Mrs Rebecca Araromi, C‎ertified Natural Health Professional (CNHP), my humble self and some others,” she said.‎

Highlighting the importance and benefits of Race To Wellness program, ‎Ms Elem noted that those who make time to attend would be fully armed with a whole lot of health information, eye opening health tips, and demonstration of how to reverse a sick body to a healthy one.

“We intend to achieve all these by educating them with the basic health techniques and principles. The attendees would learn a lot; go home happier and healthier than they have ever been.‎

Our targets are men, women, workforce and general public who are interested in their health. Those who want to have increased energy to perform better at work and home. Those who want to prevent or reverse any health issue, and those who feel concern about their health because they frequently fall sick,” she added.

The program will also be brought to other Lagos metropolis, like Yaba.
