Ade Bakare shows Spring/Summer Couture Collection 2017

Ade Bakare Couture presented its Spring/ Summer collection 2017 at its annual event attended by fashionistas on the Lagos scene today.
In his opening speech, the designer, Ade Bakare noted that while the annual event is to showcased his latest designs, it also promote upcoming designers, like Lola Ogunfadebo, who showed her collection, Prima Donna.
Another upcoming designer, Anthony Soares showed his Classic Man collection.
A musical interlude was provided by soul singer, Tobi, who serenaded the guests with her beautiful voice.
Ade Bakare showcased a six piece ready to wear collection and also another collection to pay tribute to the memory of Remi Lagos.
This tribute collection was worn by celebs like Bimbo Akintola and Blessing Egbegbe as well as other women. The collection featured flowing and fluid designs made from mostly animal prints, silk and crushed silk.
For his collection, Ade Bakare wowed the fashion audience from start to finish with his well thought out pieces, which had some structured pieces as well as flowing designs.
