She advised her fans to desist from storing bad memories, hurtful words and painful pasts by bringing them from the subconscious to conscious. According to the eloquent radio host, if pain does not help you grow, it is best to let it go. Here is what Tosyn wrote:
“We store bad memories, nasty words, painful pasts and then dig them up from time to time… If the pain doesn’t help you grow, let it go. Stop digging up and going back to things and people that make you cry…”
