IMSU Jambite resumes lectures with padlocked backpack

A new student of the Imo State University (IMSU) showed up for his lecture with a padlocked backpack, reminisced of secondary school days when stealing made students buy padlocks for their school bags.
The backpack was photographed and shared on Instagram.
