Radio broadcaster and his producer gunned down during Facebook live broadcast

A radio broadacaster, Luis Manuel Medina has been reportedly shot dead while reading the news in the middle of his programme on radio and transmitting live on Facebook. He had been broadcasting from their station located in a shopping center in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic when he was attacked by unidentified gunmen.
Leo Martinez, the director at the radio station were Luis worked, who is also his producer was also shot dead in the attack.
Luis Martinez was in his office when the gunmen came in and that was where he was killed. The station secretary sustained injuries and has been taken to the hospital for surgery. It is hoped that the secretary would make a full recovery so as to help the authorities identify the attackers.
Meanwhile, the motive for the killings is still unknown while the police have arrested three men in relation to the killings, but no one has been charged.
